Band members: There is truly only one member, and that is I--The Ted Almighty. Well, okay, so my real name is Michael MacBride.
Influences: I've been influenced by everyone. But... my biggest influences would be: Soul Coughing, Beck, Cake, Roni Size, Mother Tongue, DJ Assault, Bloodhound Gang, Filter, Tricky, Prodigy, Gomez, Ween, DJ Kool, Moby, and the list goes on and on...
Instruments: I have a/an: drum (that my fiancé Gayle gave me), harmonica, keyboard (Casio CTK 558), acoustic guitar (Johnson), electric guitar (Fender strat), electric bass (Fender), a computer with many music programs, and a whole slew of other gadgets and gizmos.
History of the band: Well, the name goes back a while... to some friends that I used to live with. We were joking about making a punk/ska band and were trying to come up with names. I suggested Multi Face Ted, and they all thought it was pretty cool. But, the band never formed (none of us really played any instruments) and so I just took the name. I've been playing around for two or three years now, and have had some success on mp3.com. But, I'm tired of them and their fees. It used to be free, and that's what I liked. Being a poor artist doesn't allow for being able to afford such things.
